Cuban Jelly.....does that have rum in? Sorry! I started on sort of Cuban and then did New York (I think) prefered Cuban, smaller steps and much sexier!
..see you're burning the midnight oil there Mr Jellyman.
I'm a bit of a nightbird myself though, being up with the dawn chorus today - I do have an excuse though, studying Timeform to try and find a winner later in the Coronation Stakes.
Good luck to Ing-er-land on Sunday against the Guacamolas.
Good morning Snoop I've only seen the second half of the Sweden game so far but if that's anything to go by I will be sparing myself the pain of any future England games. You must be disappointed with Arsenals progress so far, too?
Good morning all, for a race just 5 days away this thread's a bit quiet.
Well, I've assembled my camping equipment (silk shirt, neck scarf, spray on jeans etc.) for an extended trip-looking forward to seeing everyone again. Are we dining in the usual establishment?
..have to say that I could have done with a running outing this weekend.
did the Orpie 10k yesterday and struggled around in 57 mins, against my usual 53 mins - a few extra pounds from all the double burgers, chips 'n' relish whilst vegging out on the sofa watching W/C games every day is my undoing.
But; we're in it still, despite not showing any form yet, and riding our luck.
roll on Saturday at 4 p.m...
Oh, and good luck to those of you going to Le T - no-one could accuse you lot of being footy couch spuds!

My salsa skills are non-existant, but I'm learning a new dance skill tomorrow evening - pole dancing. Is anyone bringing a Pole?
Tiger, the only certainty is that the bookies always win
I don't recall any booze at the drinks stations..there were prunes though (stones in).
(I'll get me coat)
Tip for JB: when it comes to prune stones - spit, don't swallow ;-)
Shoes for dancing Wilkie, and tottering round the office cos I just don't want to take them off at the moment!
Just back from Salsa class. Love it! I'm doing Cuban, Jelly, how about you?

Bugger I'd better go to bed!

Wilkie, sounds like you'll be travelling back freight class! ;-)
The only way to get rid of temptation is to yield to it... I can resist everything but temptation. (Oscar Wilkie)
I'm also hoping that running 20k will take care of a few calories ;-)

Of course I'm going to miss the race - some things are sacrosanct, and the W/C only comes round once every four years.
catch you in July '07
Suppose I'd better go and amuse myself at the cake stall at the Bewl 15 on Sunday then!
