Liverpool looks a more interesting course although will mean an overnight stop. Silverstone can be reached (just) leaving early in the morning from Isle of Wight.
Wnat's the atmosphere like for the Liverpool half?
It was my first half last year and a really important race for me. I didnt run a great time but the camaraderie and atmosphere was brilliant right the way around the course...!! I'm doing it again this year.
Race time isn't important to me but enjoying myself is!
There should be more to do after the race in Liverpool than there would be in the middle of a field at Silverstone! Beginning to lean towards this one..........
Just entered online. This was my favorite race last year(because of PB !!) one of the best organised and supported, great timing as well I go into 'ossy the next day.
Any-one know why this half is not mentioned on the RW events list, I came accross this forum by browsing through but ususally go via the events list.
I entered online and forgot about it. Try explaining to the wife what WP-Naked Ltd is on the bank statement. Thought I'd been on one of them 'exotic' websites! As if... Treadmiller, doesn't look like RW are promoting this like last year although they are still providing pacing groups according to the website.
I normally get into trouble for starting lists. Already in

Think how warm you will be when you start and how when you come home you will feel all smug and want to turn the heating off because the house is so hot!!!!
10.52 miles in 01.56.10 tonight. Not tired at the end. No aches. New shoes performed really well. I think I'm gonna be under 2:30 for this (I hope so anyway!)
