I'd be interested in doing the cycle leg if mentors OK it. Would be a good way to put that daemon to bed if Nurse and Fraggle are OK with it?
Thinking your's and Nursy's team looks strongest at the moment depending who that get for the rest of it. There was 7 team's this year so bet OC or someone will pop up soon and then you got a race on your hands.

I offered but sarah ran off saying something about the bike being scary. Now it have the time I will beat the crawl!!! So you never know. IT's starting to look ok but not good and still can't do distance with it.

is it to try and fit into the group...is it to show your partner/ ex etc that you can do it even thoughthey doubt it........is it to get the tatoo to show off.......
becuae deep down you have to really want to do it for you......becuase when its tough only the reasons that you personally really want it will get you through the tough times........
when its wet and windy on the bike...........when you are on strange roads miles away from home and have lost your map and you know that you are a minimum of 50 miles from home and you are tired and fed up and want to find the closest train station....when you stop at Mac D as there is no where else open and they have to get a mop to follow you as you are so dripping wet.........when you are scared of the traffic or are crying at the side of the road in snow fixing a puncture and you hands are so cold that it takes you even longer than normal.........
these are the times that to keep going makes you strong enough to finish on the day

lots of us used it for our first ironman.night be worth a look to see if it might be something that suit you better.......
