Everyone is very "supportive" - got any recommendations for foot (or arch to be precise) supports. Should I go to a podia-whatsit or could I experiment with something from Boots? I dont think it's a major issue, as I've been increasing mileage these last weeks (not by much) I have noticed a sort of dull ache just behind my left big toe and a vaguely "pins and needles" sensation. I am slightly flat-footed and overpronate - shoes are Asics GT2090 - so should be OK? - wondered whether some kind of support would help??
or..... just tell me to bu@@er off and post on the injury forums !

Guess where I've been today? On a bee keeping for beginners course. It was brilliant. The guy who took it was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable that I didn't want it to end. Off to read back over today's thread.
Red - Sounds like an exciting course. Are you contemplating being a keeper?
