>>awaits moan for being an internet junkie from mum<<
Have that pleasent ache feeling my legs this morning for having gone out yesterday )
PPB is back on the road. Did 45 mins Bear and 3 big hills 2 going up and 1 going down )
About 3-4miles I suspect but pleased given break and new runners ) Runners were really comfortable and definately big big big improvement given all the 'hiccups'!
Running tomorrow but will extend route a little me thinks by about mile.
(Don't moan Bro at least I am back out!)
>>>>No moan but just a look that could kill!<<<
Well this is actually third attempt of typing this as computer eaten it twice! >>>ggrrrr<<<
I love 'em too - got me round FLM 2003. I had a load of them threaded on a string. I was going to wear it like a wrist band but ended up with the thing tied to my drinks belt, and what with the heat and water I kept tipping over my head, they got a tad sticky!!
Pix - what is wrong with it? is it user error or advertising error?
not planning on making a necklace with them, but a trail so the guys behind us don't get lost !! (would have used smarties but I know that vrap doesn't like them...)

Funnily enough, my 'natural athletic ability' as a teenager was in shot (for Bucks) and javelin (school record)*. Never did master the discus.
She's 'sturdy' and much fitter than I ever was. (Have ever been!)
*it was many years ago and I'm allowed to boast if I want to.
Got my clubs 5M handicap this evening so it had better dry out before then...

I used to throw the discus at school...
Prefer Skittles, though ;-)
The perfect answer.
