Hoping to do another pb and break through the 1.25. I know, its slow, but I am a one pace person and I run my marathons at the same pace... trying to up the pace by running some shorter races! In the hope that I can run a fast(ish) marathon in Rotterdam.

Welsh Poppy, With all your training you should trounce me in ANY condition let alone after the consequences of a skiing trip followed by the festivities of a rugby international !!!
But as you well know that is never the case but I will give it my best shot as my first real race this year .But have a feeling you will beat me hands down.

Managed to get myself a trip and a match ticket for ireland. So I will need the euros for that. Don't think I will drink much the night before with the england game so..........90% on for this.

Never knew 1.25 was fast for 10 miles. Auch, does that show me off as a beginner? I am... I only ran 2 10 milers so far, Brecon 10 and Gloucester New Year 10 and ended up almost at the bottom of the results list. Suppose all is relative...
