as ever this event is very well organised and queries are answered/sorted very quickly which is great for wallys like me that mess up or forget stuff
thanks again

4mile non stop run today 33min
my friend ran the lincoln 10k today and walloped 11 minutes off her previous best
she is now in the clouds somewhere
its a brilliant event had entered but couldnt run it
I was going to run Abingdon but it's now been cancelled, and just came across this one. It seems a small, friendly, flat and PB-able race, so debating whether to do this one rather than Leicester.
Any recommendations, anyone done both of them?
Thanks
any other MABO'S gotta say in this?? ---------- come on --------- you know you wanna
as one of the organisers I must say that this event is brilliant. seriously though the course is one of the best especially for a pb and gives a good chance of getting a place in flm with the times. it is ON THE COAST. friendly natives, friend marshalls and volunteers. last year the sun shone on us regarding the weather and we had an absolute ball. this year is bigger and better. we are starting a bit earlier so that the runners don't have the midday sun to contend with - although some might. make a weekend of it. bring the family for some fun on the lincolnshire coast. as wicked d says they can build sandcastles or go on donkey rides while you run!! YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO
any more questions fire them in and we'll do our best to answer them Little Lizard
yep you are more than likely to come up against a breeze as your only 10m from the coast
ran this last year will be their again this year
our club is organising a weekend their
you only have to look at the weather in Boston rain/gales today and compare it with Rotterdam scorcher yesterday
Little lizard - last year there was hardly a breeze which is a pitty cos it was very warm and its not always breezy next to the coast BUT it can get very warm due to the sea air, give this one a go and you'll be back next year no worries
BTW, anyone else running Sunday, good luck to you all! (Getting v nervous, much more crowded than Stratty/Abingdon).
