Coro - I think I said "almost felt like MP" in relation to the HM I ran in August! In reality it turned out to be MP-15secs on the flat bits. I think I still might have the sub-3 HM record (although I think DFC came close), but JEJ will knock a minute or two off that if conditions are decent.
2nd Met League XC of the season on Saturday. Shame I've not done much running recently - haven't run since Saturday, but have done a 50M pedal and 3k swimble.
Nah - 'fred HM record is 69:53 (69:50 chip), set by RB in rather dubious circumstances at the GNR.

Just back in from a few days holiday away in the land of the porridge-munchers. Managed to squeeze in the full Embra tourist experience in the space of a one hour run on Saturday, plus one of the best running experiences ever around the St Andrews links.
Anything exciting going on? Anyone do NY? Have JeJ or Padams qualified for the Olympics or anything, in the past five days?

I cannae believe that it was Dull that started this game. It is supposed to be a Sub3 MARATHON thread. That (and my HM time pi$$ poor) is my reason for not playing.
Fingers x-ed that my mate Crab will back me up here.
I'm with Running Bhoy on this one. And my HM time is "piss poor" as well, chip or gun ;¬)
But what would be interesting is a table that compares HM and marathon times. See who the real endurance monsters are! NOT that I want to encourage yet more lists and tables, i.e. clog up everyone's inboxes 'til kingdom come.
MTR - I can help you out by moving you off the bottom of the list (only run one HM in the last year, when I was coming back from injury)

Dull, I'll be at Stebbing this Sunday, going for a pb. (my 10 mile pb is rubbish!)
From what I can remember it could well be a pb course, there is a slight incline for a stretch at 7 miles if my memory serves me well! But nothing to worry about!
