LL - Sorry, you can't get to Abingdon by train any more. The station is buried beneath a supermarket. But as you are leaving plenty of time for the journey you could always walk from Tilsley (or whatever it's called) where trains stop occasionally.
I had the unexpected bonus of running with LR as well as CR. LR is a little bit too speedy for me but he dragged me up the Effing Hill. Having recovered, I did a more gentle mile with CR .
going to the bike shop this weekend to get measured. Getting some brownie points by taking my MinL to visit her sister (it's 150 miles away so they haven't seen each other for years)!!
How was the flute warming btw - must be cautious not to over train the embature of course
No way! i would have to forego my "meals on wheels" on Tuesday night!!! The risk stakes are just too high. Actually MinL is a diamond - slighly loopy, but great company - not the normal MinL at all!

Of course he is. When is Abingdon?
I'm nearly packed. I've even bought a copy of the Qu'ran to read on the train
Sockist! Lol. Hadn't spotted that!
Have fun all you weekenders. We are off to hilly Yorkshire to deliver a red cross parcel to jnr.
Snappy, rest and recovery are as important and running.
I'm off too!

Snaps - mile and pace can be tedious but running is joy.... I can now chat for close on 14hrs, looking forward to Hastings
* transatlantic consecutive post exemption rule applied.
Still WMMs complete
and we'll let you off the consecutive posts on account of your location and the heat!
Blimey, this is worse than Mornington Crescent!!
It certainly is
Well done paul a.
I had a great weekend in Exeter. I had no idea there were so many pubs that I didn't go in as a student.
Possibility of a place in FLM running for a charity where a friend does voluntary work.
Running with CR this morning
well done paul a
LL - say hi to CR, see you at FLM then
I am in Hoover Country.
Scotland or Norway? Are you visiting offspring?

Just back from running + Harvest Assembly. Need to make sure that all is safely gathered in (i.e go to Waitrose) before Franch lesson.
