Not the most scenic route, 3 laps of Sidcup suburbs, but fast and flat, and well organised and marshaled (even if I do say so myself , although I'm running it this year if the knee holds out). Good facilities and cakes afterwards!

Thanks Phil - I just may do this. The lure of cake is always a good incentive Not too far from me in Surrey. I like 10 milers though I've not done one for years.
I'm surprised that you didn't join the RWUK v RWUSA challenge, with that sort of weekly mileage, would have been right up your street, I'd have thought.
Even though you say you've changed your schedule, you're still running all your sessions at pretty much the same pace - give or take a few seconds. Given that you had that stress fracture last year, I'd have thought that a bit of variety in pace might not be a bad idea.

Brilliant consistancy, i don't think i've ever run the same route twice with exactly the same time down to the second, one week after another.

That's because of your wonky arm, if you had two arms the same, I'm sure your times would all come within a second of two of each other.
