Hope you're all ready for a new set of challenge exercises for February 2010. After careful deliberation, this is what we've come up with for the 28-day month.
Bicycle Crunches - 100 per day (left then right counts as 1) - total of 2,500
Press-Ups with Side Rotations - 50 per day - total of 1,400
A couple of explanatory vids:
Starting tomorrow then peeps ..... We are gonna be so toned and defined just in time for the summer, if we have one this year.

100 and 50 are only the suggested daily totals. Join in and do what you can. It gets easier as the month goes on. I assure you.
