18.63 done today. Slower (purposely) than last week but still sub-4.45 pace.
Brighton pack's arrived. Had forgotten I'd put such a cr*p expected finish time so am in the last pen. May scupper my chances of a decent time but will still give it a go
Fabulous 7.54 miler today over Ingrebourne and Hornchurch Country parks. Glorious day for running. If I'd had water with me (and wasn't so hungry) I could have gone on and on!!!
Was so bored with tidying up I decided to have another wee runette. 2 miles @ 8 min miling. My legs and lungs didn't seem to appreciate they should be tired!
Nice one T. Hope that's worn Andre out for a while!
XB, not sure. Was just thinking about ticking over really. Not planning any really long stuff (other than Sussex of course!) - maybe 13-15 next weekend. Weekdays will stick to 2-5 miles - more the former than the latter. Maybe a bit of speed stuff just in case I need to try and find a bit of speed in that last couple of miles - though usually by then I'm so pooped I can't even think about speed!!

3 miles this afternoon in 31:04.
Well done, Tracey.
I'm tempo-ing tomorrow morning.
Received my VLM pack today.
Woo hooo. It's getting nearer; less than a month.
I did do tempoing and loved it. 5 miles of smiles
Well done XB.
I will be doing intervals and tempo runs after VLM.
Red laces arrived here too. Bit confuddled by being on a different start to previous years, get to see a different perspective I suppose!
Nice one XB. Runs have all been a bit same-y this week so a bit of tempo stuff would go down nicely. Next week methinks

Sorry I've been absent - had lovely visitors.
It seems like there's not much mentoring needed. You're doing fantastically well.
Do you have a plan on how to tackle the final few weeks? Or is it just a case of maintenance work?
Nice one T. Hope that's worn Andre out for a while!

I think that sounds like a good plan, Kaz. I'm sure you'll be sensible. At least until Brighton's over
I was supposed to have a rest day today but decided to do a longish one to make up for yesterday's missed 10 miler. Intervals tomorrow
Moi? Sensible? Bloody hell, that's a new one
Hope you both had a good run today. Just a 'round the block' job for me tonight. Same distance as last night, 'bout a minute slower though
Kaz - think I will have to put ipod in waisvt bag or camelbak.
