Liking Alexs suggestions- am going to go with I run therefore I eat
Going go start packing the bags now work is finally over! got energy gels from the shop and bought some diarolyte to chuck in drinks as the hours go by as latest weather forecast is 23 degrees for Sunday ! Crikey! Thinking of maybe running with camp back as want to take regular small drinks but not sure as it will be hot and sweaty. Also thinking of carrying deep freeze spray but probably will not he able to take on the plane. Actually no going to leave that stuff and just take the strappings along for when the legs start to have issues.
Once again all the best to everyone this weekend. I will keep on posting up until the plane leaves at 7am in the morning. I'll be back in the UK by 8pm Sunday so will let you know how it goes. I am also always going to stay on here to follow you all going for London and beyond
I just want to say thanks to all of you as I want to share the love. This has been an amazing experience thanks to all the messages and I have soo enjoyed it. I hope you all have to and you will all be very much in my thoughts on Sunday.
Yawn and stretch! Thanks Steve sounds lovely we are now at the airport at bristol and through security although contact lens solution has been the first casualty of the trip being considered suspicious by the security forces couple of hours to kill in departure lounge so going to play a game of herding wife away from the shops. Great game as she is surprisingly quick!
Matt ran well and looked strong but couldn't quite keep his early pace going and ran 2:44 at halfway and 6:01 at finish but it was an extremely strong run considering the conditions which were very hot by lunchtime. I think he is quietly satisfied but hope he will update you later
Matt..............if the heat was anything like Llanelli this morning then it must have been had work...........loads were struggling with it...hope you are feeling recovered soon
Well done MKT - looking forward to hearing all about your run. Has been hot here today - I delayed my run until 5.30 just to let it cool down a little. This time next week it'll all be over.

Anyone got translations for alexs French comments (especially number 4) and I will use one of them.
Bonjour Matthieu,

Trigs,
