Well, I don't know, it might be nice to have the body of a Greek God in a month's time Parklife - as long as you get all the other bits that go along with him.
I mistakenly told my Martial arts instructor about this thread and what we did last month, told him about this months went to MMA training last night what did we do? kicking and squats
The first set was 5 squats and then 5 kicks 10 times each leg then roundhouse and then same again front kick follwed by 50 squats staright off
my legs today are a bit wobbly, still puts my running total up
We did 50 squats at my yoga class last night GB for the first time + the 2 planks we normally do, so I only had to do one plank and 50 squats when I got home.
I wanted to incorporate our exercises into my gymwork last night but the gym was rammed - I couldn't even get on a mat until just before I had to leave. So I got up early and did them this morning.
