Schmunkee: Thanks for the L(!)ist It's amazing that you managed to split the teams down to exactly the same weight and number of people
Looks like team Doughnut has an advantage already! Unlike team Sausage (which seems to have two birthdays before the next weigh-in), my birthday is the day after the first weigh-in
Go team Sausage! this is already more entertaining than normal diet whatsits!
Am sure its been mentioned before but I find the online calorie trackers great when trying to lose weight - I use myfitnesspal but there are loads out there. Probably helps to be slightly obsessional ...
Just make sure you fuel up enough for training - can't have any collapsing (dare I say limp) sausages!
I'm so glad I'm in the doughnuts; there is no way a meal is complete with pudding in my world! My world would also have second breakfast and high tea with cake every day, hobbit-stylee. Is it any wonder I'm waddling around with the extra poundage
Bearing in mind this contest, tonight I had two Malted Milk biscuits with a banana and completely turned away from the chocolate tin. Aren't I good?
Nivek - I am sure we have a couple of lurkers so feel free to lose the weight with us, but be thankful you don't have the pressure of potentially letting anyone down
Mmmmmmmmmmmm donuts. Well Day 1 has gone quite well, although eating some nuts (of the brazil/walnut kind, just to clarify....) was a mistake, and left me 3 points for dinner. Training gave me back some points and I had 2 eggs for dinner!!! Rather random, but successful in that I ate no biscuits today HURRAH!!! I'm hoping that should count for a rather hefty weight loss this week Okay, so maybe an ounce, but better than HEE HAW!
Morning - this competition really makes me think about making better choices.....i know its only day 1 completed but so far i have avoided buying a 3 pack of mini sausage rolls, a 2 for 1 offer on walkers crisps and a boost bar when i went to garage for diesel.
off out for a quick 5 mile run now to burn off some excess blubber........GO SAUSAGES
Have ditched the chocolate for fruit, but I'm still fantasising (sp?) about doughnuts. I'm sure one wouldn't kill me but I fear that the trip to Greggs may result in me being mugged by a four-bag of hot saugage rolls
Erm, just back of hols and my estimated weight appears to be a bit out. I'm 202lbs not 188! Sorry, I really didn't think I'd be this heavy. I'm still up for it though and it should be quite easy to shift. Once again, sorry if this puts a spanner in the works but I'll work hard, promise!!!

Morning doughnut lovers

Nivek, sorry you missed the cut-off, please feel free to join in the chatter, if you wish to post your weight we'll add you as an honorary sausage.
Go Team Sausage...
