I know! I email OSB and they sent me a pdf of the run route, but I have no idea how to share this - file won't upload as an image, and not sure how to link a dropbox.
But its two laps plus an extra lap of the lake. I think that makes it harder for runners, but at least supporters who are camping can actually go back to tents / caravans and have a proper rest before seeing their person again (in my case, they'll have time to make bread)
The last lap of the lake is in the opposite direction so that everyone knows who's nearly finished.
Thanks Britrisky. Sounds like it is a bit harder mentally (i.e. longer between getting those armbands, lol), and maybe not so good spectator wise? Might try to get a pdf from them too.
i had to abandon my run tonight due to childcare issues...so will do a long run in the morning..haven't gone very far this yeqar in months apart from the one 13.1 miler at the diy ironman so might try and make it a long run/walk one
PSC and PTL that ride was so tough, but a fantastic boost to think how I felt at the end and actually thought that I could probably run / walk a bit after has made all the training worthwhile.
Funny thing is that some family met me at the end and expected to see me in pieces but commented on how surprisingly fresh I looked, just shows appearances are deceiving!!
EP hang in there, if you need to visit do it as you can use it as motivation in the dark moments.
Just a quick pop in whilst a have a chance. I have withdrawn from the Outlaw due to my numpty husband crashing himself into a street sign at 34mph on his bike ( had to check the bike computer!) and now in lots of bits in a hospital in Barcelona!
I hopefully will be at the Outlaw supporting you all, even if it is only for a couple of hours!
Sorry to hear you're having such a tough time Pixie i hope you can maybe manage to think of some of the training as an escape from the other stuff that is going on, even just for a wee while x

Ah okay, thanks EP. The RideGPS link didn't work for me - said it was private. So long as they don't make it harder when they change it, lol
Na you're probably right as Seren thought it was changing too. they seem to make little changes every year!
