Im in Pembrokeshire, just completed 2 half Marathons for local childrens ward. Run 2-3 times a week with circuits etc gym blah blah blah.

I've been living in Wales for 19 years so that makes me sort of Welsh.

Wonder if anyone fancies doing the Highland Fling a week Saturday (Milngavie to Tyndrum on the WHW)?  There's a thread for it in the "Gasp! Unconventional running" topic.  We need one other Welsh person to complete a team of three.  (Don't have to go round as a team - first three finishers for that nationality qualify).  The RO says it's meant to be a fun thing.

  • Oooh just saw my name on a list and I'm not even Welsh. Should I be honoured or insulted....? image

Cheers Nam, how did you remember all those peeps !!!
