No split time on mine either .. perhaps they'll load after the main results?
TracyB - I was starving by the time I got home. I think I got my J20 / chicken burger balance wrong .. I'm sugared up to the eyeballs .. won't sleep a wink tonight

Is there a thread for Southen Half yet?? (off to have a look)
despite having the race from hell - I did it in 1:01:30 - was aiming for sub-60. So am actually quite chuffed on the basis I was expecting it to be 1;04/05
And for some reason, I'm now a member of the Dorking & Mole althletic club which I've never heard of - I'm sure they're nice people though.
his advice worked me though.. my anti-o's are well topped up, and T-Dogs just doing hers... do you think he really is a bad inflluence? We can say what we like on here.. he'll never get through it all
Well done to all who ran today. I managed to get round in 54min which is a race PB for me so I'm chuffed. Unfortunately I couldn't make the pub this afternoon as I had to get back and work on a damned presentation. At 22.18 I'm still procrastinating by looking at forthcoming races. I get the feeling it is going to be a late night.
I got 2 mins slower than my pb from last year 1hr 8min 39 secs. I had very sore calves at about 5km and had to stop as well as stitch but I am still happy with the result.

Thanks!

That is just for the start age of your group Sarah.f.w ie 18-34, 35-39, 40-49 etc not actual age (I presume that's what you meant ... if not ignore me

I'm down as an M18 and my friend who ran with me a W18. Don't mind the 18 as takes more than 25 years off my real age but does the M make me a man??
boswandeling - should've come along .. a good skinful of anti-oxidants would've helped you focus!
TracyB - ... and he's on holiday for a week .. blame it all on WTS

Unoffical according to 10 000 reulsts page (it's got me as a spritely 18 year old too!) but I am chuffed, in-spite of stitch and brief stop!
