Yes, 5am every day (well 4.55am not that I'm a creature of habit or anything). Baking before work, racy, I restrict myself to a Sunday, but like mima I tend to cope better cooking with a glass of wine in hand. That's true for almost everything except running and driving though.
Are you going to be famous Mingo? I must say, I've not read the mag in over a year now!
Infamous maybe...it was for that running and weightloss article that they were looking for people for not so long ago. July issue I think (so out in June).
I think it's going to have to be an early night tonight...for some reason I'm having trouble holding my head up and keeping my eyes open today...shame I work in an open plan office, or I'd probably make less of an effort to keep myself awake at my desk and have a little nap.
I've shed about half to three quarters of a stone since starting a proper training schedule last summer. Slowly does it. Would have lost more but I do like my pies.
I might have to buy that one then! What a bloody miserable day. Just got totally drenched on the 30meter walk to the village school. This weather really sucks.
Right. That's it. The rain is still piddling down but I'm going for a run. Getting rained on is not in itself a concern but I must choose my shorts carefully to avoid, ahem, chafing issues when they are soaked and clinging.
<Tugs on shorts waistband, peeks inside> Male. Definitely.
Well, it was lashing down from a black sky as I stepped out the house and started warming up. 100 yards down the road and the clouds part and out comes the sun. Clearly my reward for being virtuous. Although with the sun out I did cook slightly inside my waterproof jacket.
It felt like hard going but Garmin Connect tells me the stats are good. You never can tell.
Well done Muttley - blowing a gale and lashing it down in sunny Hampshire (working from home today. I'm going to get the rower out later I hope, the injuries are feeling a little improved.
Erm, I've lost about 4.5 stone over three years or so.
Going to clean my fish tank tonight whilst waiting for the internet food shop (why does anyone do it any other way??).

Dozing in the office ... we've all been there.
How much weight did you lose, mingo?

Anyone doing anything exciting today?
I'm waiting for the shopping to arrive...........not exciting though
So much rain today but we have a hosepipe ban!
Honking down with rain here in sunny Reading. But I shall go out for a run today. The Schedule says so, therefore I must.
But I wish I was in Melton Mowbray, because that's where the British Pie Awards are being judged today. I'd even offer my services for free.
ugh. That is all. Today blows and I'm not talking about the weather.
Anyone wants me, I'll be the one in the pit of self loathing and pain.

Wonders if muttley chose a fetching white pair of shorts that go see through in the rain!
What's up mima?
