A lovely swim under the full moon on Friday night followed by a long swim on Saturday. I've had a wonderful weekend, although I couldn't face getting into cold water this morning and might make it down the pool later instead
I'm still sore from it, I'm behind schedule for the London to surrey 100 miler in August, down to do 50 miles next weekend, praying to the god of wind to have the weekend off.|
Did a charity 12 mile walk yesterday, rest day today and possibly tomorrow, soooo tired.
Not jealous of 10 hours yesterday though Good going but I have been wondering, what are you going to do when you've done your challenge?
That is a good question and one I have been pondering for a few weeks. I have a 10.5 mile swim in Windermere planned for August, but I have yet to make any solid plans after that. I want to keep the swimming up but also want to get back into running as I miss it
Thats good news Tired Badger, bringing my sister tomorrow, she was a bit concerned about the weeds, just picturing a deep sea diver with a strimmer...............

I'm in the Ouse at St. Neots almost all weekend if anyone wants to pop along. H0nk? What about you?
I'm doing a 3k swim at bray lake tomorrow morning but depending how the time goes and how I feel I may pop along in the afternoon
Sorry EP & JP giving Bossie a miss this morning - will be there Thursday hopefully!
I didn't make it either, woke up too late so went out on the bike for a windy 40 miler, now stuffing my face while watching the athletics on tv.
I'll be there Thursday

I'm jealous, I wanted to do that as I loved the super moon swim last year but couldn't find anyone to go with.
