Well I can't believe anybody is surprised at Henman losing, we're used to it by now aren't we? He's a very very good player though - just that the other guy was better.
Welcome Hula, I'm one of the more senior peeps on here at 54, I'm a runner and triathlete but am mega slow at everything.
Redhead. That stretch you describe is for the psoas and it's brilliant. My quads are complaining of microtears, not lactic acid, but I think I stopped just in time on Saturday, so no serious tears and they are recovering. Calves were OK by Monday night, and that was a slightly different feeling.
JJ, I will be a speedy peep, I will be a speedy peep, will be a speedy peep, I will be a speedy peep...
<Helephant eyes glaze, then cross over and Helephant falls over with a loud thud>
hula - I have PBs of 46.11 for 10km, 1-47 for half-marathon, 3-48 for marathon, all set years ago, and 15hrs 51 for IM triathlon. But currently running more like 5 hrs for the marathon, so very much slower now. What I've lost in speed I've gained in stamina and determination.

I've had this feeling for about 10 years now.
Do you think the imbeciles on "Henman Hill" are allowed to vote??

Good Afternoon
Anyone heard of a marathon runner called Mike Stroud?

Think if Henman was playing me, his bottle would go.
