Morning all - no run as early at the airport so NOC for me. Well done on the time MC. Buffalo mitts valis, sounds interesting. Emmy, no recce I'm afraid, just the airport and a meeting. Tommy at least your mojo is getting you to boot camp, with one thing and another I'm going to miss about 5 weeks, worried about going back. Happy hump day everyone.
bit of excitement today - Ollie Hynd, paralympic gold medalist (and a silver and bronze too) is a pupil at my school and comes back to school today so there is a little celebration
Ooh, big old wibble, I'd seen the Northern France thing in early Sept which I liked to look of as the numbers are small, I am scared the swim will be a big old washing machine of people at Outlaw.
feck it.... I'm in! God Bless B'Card! I'm going to be an outlaw. My third time at the proper distance. I've been looking forward to this all year, although I have really enjoyed this year not having to train multi-sport. I don't know if that make any sense to anyone else, but it does to me. And curiously I feel in the best shape ever..... I might revise that statement in 2 weeks when I've run/walked 52 miles!
Kate, I saw the French thing too.... but had already committed to Outlaw in my mind. I've been up to support (2 years ago) and it's a perfect venue, course, etc.
LOL.... I was doing that because my fat thumbs kept hitting the IGNORE button on random people when I was on my iphone! It was only when conversations started to make absolutely no sense at all that I went and checked to see who I was ignoring and found loads of on-line buddies all being quietly ignored!
Morning all - brrrr, 6 miles this morning, only finished last nights run at 8.30pm so legs were a bit surprised as oops, it's another taper week. Spin and swim tonight with all this tri talk. 3.12am for a post 5.30, you're more than two hours ahead of yourself. Nice and early for C Ale and Killermiles too.
I've signed up for a bike ride from Munich to Trieste in May next year so I can't help thinking I should use the training, what I need to is find a new job and get 3 months paid garden leave. Have a good day fellow early morningers.
LOL Andy.... I have to keep checking my ignore box! Lots of the spambots in there... hopefully that's all.
I didn't run yesterday, but it was a long old day in the office... made up for it this morning scrambling around the local fields, hills, orchards. Found a new route but am cut to ribbons now thanks to the thistles!

Got out at 5:15 this morning for a very enjoyable 5.5miles.
