Please provide some appauling weather for us tomorrow.
At 6pm when i went to retreive my property (no 108) that was stolen by somebody but thankfully returned, it was 5C and overcast, very cold and before i left RAINING.
Oh i do hope tomorrow will be lashing it down and with the added pleasure of single figure temperatures SNOWING.
This is the 30th running of this race so the weather should be memorable in some way.
WET, FREEZING and PERFECT ERYRI WEATHER
Here's for fingers crossed PLEASE LORD HERE MY PRAYER
#1172 for me, I must have just missed PJL as picked up my number at just after 6pm.
Every time I drive the route it always surprises me, as a Fen dweller I'm just glad that the ascent of Pen-y-pass is early on as it seems worse than the final ascent.
Good luck to everybody, see you all in the morning
#407 for me, #1899 for Mrs Lemmy... Wearing Dagenham 88 Runners vests (white with red chest band) with red long sleeve & running tights... Spent a fortune at Peter Blands & on Hoodies... Had breakfast, long wait now... Good luck all!
S4C news last night - section live from Y Pantri (Snowdonia Snails cafe - hope to be there later - kids with friends today so will be staying after the race for the 1st time - usually straight home after ensuring legs ok!) - also caught a glimpse of me and my lad in the registration area!
Had a lovely and (very slow - stupid HR limitations) walk to the summit yesterday. Beautiful mountain weather, but very cold - its the wind that seems to be the worst.
Will be there at the start and finish, do say hi if you see a pair of hobbits with a collie-x

Lol! it is a bit chilly, but I am only walking and only wearing a t shirt....
not had time to keep up with this thread but pop in and out occasionally.
good luck everybody.
Is it true registration is open untill 10am?
Traditional Snod weather!
#1936 for me, #535 for Mr panad
Panad tell Mr Panad i said hi!!
JD well done mate
Do not worry fellow runners this was just as big a shock to myself when i turned up to collect my property.
I am informed that this imposter known as Simon is a sub 2-30 man and is up for it.
If he wins the race in a new course record i will then step forward and claim my prize and stunning trophy.
I have his number (108) and his chip with his name on it and number aswell.
Words printed in booklets are meaningless, no 1071 is alien to me.
Tomorrow come rain or sunshine i will start the 30th anniversary race with no 108 on my vest and 108 on my shoe.
The results will show 108 as Peter Lewis of Llandudno.
If you see number 100 printed on one of the runners vests nobble him, that will be the theif who tried to steal MY PROPERTY.
Good to see some of the gang in Pete's tonight

I expect you guys are getting an eyeful of stunning scenery today.
Heavy rain not starting until about 2200. Hopefully you will all be safely in by then.
Yes, they're missing stair-rod rain, horizontal hail, 35 mph winds. Icy northerlies though and possibly mild hypothermia.
We're not bad. Mrs TR finding life a struggle.
Leaders will be on their descent now. Are you up there amongst them, John B?
How's everyone else doing?
