I am watching The Biggest Loser on Mr Murdoch's most excellent satellite service. My dear wife and I have been for our three mile constitutional. I have consumed 4 sherbet lemons. I weigh 11st 9.75lb. I have received a parcel containing some 32" waist trousers. they fit. All is moderately well
I am watching Gone With the Wind because I'm working so I'm not really watching it. I have not done any training, for today is a Rest Day. I have consumed pasta, yogurt and berries, though not in the same bowl. I weigh something which is just over 2 stones less than I weighed before and my most recent delivery of trousers had a 26" waist and they fit too. (I was fecking stunned!)
I'm now running my 200m intervals at 10.3 mph. This is a shocking 0.3 mph faster than when I started! (it is a 3% improvement though, which is quite a lot, I suppose!)
I am supposed to be revising cost accounting so I can do a practice paper but can't even remember the economic order quantity equation - I'm boring myself now - ooh look there's a squirrel....
I have hurt my finger; was getting some logs in, when one pulled free a little suddenly and banged my left index finger against the underside of the log bin; it was just one of those 'Ouch then forget it' injuries...
...but when I got into the house it was bleeding everywhere.
Now it's bruised, cut and swollen all the way along the finger; still not exactly life-threatening, but really severe damage for the trivial impact of the initial blow. It's odd the way 'major' things often do little damage and vice versa...

Some of you have mileage targets for the year (well done) but I'm setting my sights lower

Sport is excellent Sell a house on a hill..?
26" is excellent; top work! Two stone lighter is pretty damn good too.

Ooh, a squirrel!
Ooh, a snowflake!
Ooh, it's bedtime!
(good luck with that, it sounds a bit complicated!)
Life on the thread!!!
I've just run 6.5 miles in the snow and mud with a head torch on along the side of the river. I ache in unusual places.
It appears I'm now 7lb heavier than Mr Hamster... Christmas has a lot to answer for.
Nice running, Ant
What can I say? I've been calorie-counting quite seriously and have now fetched off over 16lb... and I was 13st 5lb in summer 2011
ooh not sure what happened there - one way to get to 100k posts - just post lots of emptyness
Anyway
just
making
today's
effort.
For old time's sake
Nice squirrel!
