Anyway . . . sensible question for a second (soz) . . how many 20's are you planning pre-Taunton . . and what's the furthest you'll go . . distance . . and will you be doing those runs at marathon pace, slower or faster?

I've done 2 marathons in 8 days 3 times now . . . and yes . . probably does prove the point . .

And Plummy . . remember that Trin's aiming for Taunton so the long run's fall differently . .
Weekly mileage? Well what I actually do and what I told the insurance company are 2 different things of course but . .
. . oh . . oops . . . we're doing running of course aren't we . . .
I haven't actually figured out a schedule yet . . didn't for my marathons last year but that was for all sort of reasons . . illness, redundancy, relocation . . was a case of doing as much as I could really . .
Maybe I should be more structured this time . . . hmmmm . . . off the top of my head . . a couple of weeks at 60/65 maybe?

I am now set upon getting the trainee through London Sub 4.15 and then trying, body permitting to do sub 3.15 in berlin in September.
Probably not . . quantity isn't quality . . stick to the schedule . . difficult to plan your extra week though isn't it . . . what kind of weeks does it fall between? Difficult? Easy? Average?
And what did you peak at for Cardiff?
