Weight loss: 18 lbs by 30th October (Florida holiday, hurrah!) 30 lbs by end of the year 43 lbs by end Feb.14 54 lbs by end of April (Big Sur Marathon)
I've got more to lose than that, but those goals will do me for now.
I put some shit in my sock last night with a tough spin class. Managed to keep the resistance higher throughout, whereas last week I had to wind it back as I was fooked. I LOVE spin. Miss LifesCycle in Edinburgh, but this instructor last night was pretty good. I'm having a night off tonight as i haven't stopped since early Saturday morning, but will go for a run on Wednesday, come hell or high water. Running mojo has apparently run off somewhere, but i'm going to go out and have a look for it....
Cat whats wrong with a good headtorch? alpkit Gamma are great for around £20 i use them in our woods and lanes during winter
HC a grest sock stuffing target well done and good luck with determination you should end up with a very nice sock filled to the brim
all the holes in my sock have been sewn up and no crap is leaking out running is back on track , i havent seen a pool since January but am swimming OW at least 4 times a week and the bike as always is fine
Lee good stuff but those are tough targets constant training is the key i think i said this before write down your weeks plan and stick to it oh and stop making really tasty meals your facebook page always makes me hungry
ok, been outside on the bike although it was the mountain bike and I had kids with me (actually that is more nerve wracking than being alone on my road bike as I have to worry about them getting knocked off etc) but it was still cycling outside
I run thorough pitch black cornish lanes and woods i dont find it scarey as no self respecting phsycopath will be out at the times i train i do meet the odd deer and other assorted wild life plus i have Wilson the Mighty Irondog to protect me

Well done fishy
im doing something radically wrong. I must be.
Considering getting some more 121 lessons, but I could do without spending the money at the moment!
Yep, HC, here are my weight loss targets:

My sock is happy, it has a rest day today
I'd forgotten you'd entered Big Sur Lee. So jealous.
Hope ... we can swim in Tenby
My sock is still in bed and I have come to work
My sock is well and truly full of holes.
A "irritated" disc as pretty much stopped me doing anything. Although I have been given the go ahead to swim gently and cycle very gently.
In my boredom I have taken to irritating trolls - at least it gives me something to do
You might need to sharpen your point stick PTL
I'm still chortling at Meldy's odd socks. I'm going to swim in Tenby too. Then I'm going to have a couple of weeks off and regroup my socks.
Sort out your sock drawer ?
I think so, yes.
You two are aware this is a metaphorical sock and not a real item of hoseary? I would hate to think of real shitty socks being put in drawers
Nothing better than a good rummage in your sock drawer
I have to sort out my socks, pants, bras and tights drawers before I can restart training in September. All are clean.
By the way, awesome acheivement on the 7lbs HC. Keep it going!

Cat same as max a good head torch is a must for you mate. Every runner should have one.
Put aerobars on my bike all excited went for a ride really uncomfortable. Realised I had put them on the wrong sides
doh!
.. you put them on the back ??
Yay, aerobarse!
I'm not here BTW.
Lol hamster I certainly felt an arse.
Meldy they are on the right way now and my arms no longer feel like they are in a medievel torture device.
then I suspect they are on wrong
Anyone seen that Hamster ??
Then I shall remove them immediately!!!
Just give 'em a twiddle each time you go out ............
yes, and the bars
I have just twiddled and I kind of liked it.....
Just shoved my sock full of my first ever brick session! It hurt....but that good hurt I kinda enjoyed it
I have a few headtorches, and often run in the dark with my club. It can be a bit scary on my own though!
You great big girl

Well, it's mainly the voices that are scary
