Glenn; no training due to recurrence (?) of achey knee, ongoing concerns re pains on my iliums (ilea? will vrap rise to this ...please) and a non-jeopardisable skiing week in 10days time.
I guess double the calories for the brie and saucisson?
Lamb - phew if you're worried about the bread then I really have to worry about the buffet curry I ate last night - mmmmmm.
Today I am going to walk (with possibly a gentle trot) to the gym and do some more weights and stretching. Then fill in another application form - yippee.
That's not so bad then, this is what I had afterwards...
BTW, this soup is GORGEOUS, for 2 people generous portions or 4 for starters:
half a small cauliflower 2 carrots half a leek courgette half a head of brocolli tin of sweetcorn
boil to al dente in water with veg stockcube blend to desired texture, add a little low fat yogurt/elmlea, salt and pepper, serve with ficelle if you have any left...
so how many cals for 3/4 of a ficelle and a bowl of this?!
not bored of the soup, that's a new discovery (all veg that's left in the fridge!!) just the other stuff, am sick of all versions of chicken, pasta and slop (tomato and veg sauce), stir fry...
Love curry and chilli, don't tend to make chilli much as I avoid mince and red meat most of the time and my other half isn't too keen on spice, curry is good as long as you watch the cals on the paste/sauce. made quite a nice one with chicken (again!), peas and onion at the w/e (before long run, prob not best idea!)
Tulips have you moved then? Lamb- you could try soya products if dont like mince, and make your own sauces instead of ones in jars, surprisingly easy, better for you and MUCH cheaper
Trying to think of something easy and lovely to cook for my chappy this weekend. I have friday off but relies are visting the new house in the afternoon but we have the evening to ourselves.

Mr C. Still planned, though the locals put me off
That doesn't sound too boring Lamb, that sounds lovely!
Bread is my absolute, favourite food in the whole world. Ever. There really is nothing to beat fresh, crusty bread and a big knob of creamy butter.
Bu@#*r, I mean low-fat spread, obviously :-(
Problem is I haven't unpacked the cooking boxes yet.
Might try your soup this weekend though. I love home made soup.

Theoretical question for docs here? Could 'tags' from a previous pelvic op be involved in psoas tightness?
