Right then. It's time for me to go home, so I'm signing off the board until Monday
GOOD LUCK EVERYONE IN TEAM 5!
Delia, Big Ange etc, I look forward to meeting you on Sunday and running with you.
I hope everyone's Saturdays are good, that sleep comes easily, and that Sunday comes with the sun in the sky (with partial cloud so it's not too hot!) and a spirng in all of our steps.
And once again a huge thank you to BB, Stickless and AC for agreeing to look after us all.
Hi Stickless, I can get ribena and jelly babies. I thought I'd bring some treats for us too, as supporters. We'll be going to Sainsburt's in about 5 mins, so let me have any requests.
BD and I were planning on doing a master list of team 5 runner info. We'll type it up and bring 3 copies.
The only people I know nothing about are Sue and Steve Aspinall.
Not sure, don't think so. Not to worry. Think things are going ok.
I will be traveling down on the train with the Mr. from Cambridge, will stop off in Grenwich to watch the elite ladies come through, then cut across the Thames and get to Mudchute in good time for the elite ladies again, if the last time I tried it is any guess. Not exactly sure when.
I am more concerned about the rest of the day - really ought to leave so that I am there when Mr. gets out of the funnel. I reckon it will take him about 5 hours, but even so, the transport is dodgy then, as the crowds are so thick, and everybody has the same idea. Last time I was late and he was hanging around miserable at the end.
Weekend just got better i'd asked for tomorrow off (i work sat mornings) but couldn't get it as we are short staffed, one of my colleages heard i was doing London and has agreed to come in on his rest day to cover me.
I might grab a handfull of jelly babies as i past save me carrying so many from the start thanks guys
I'll stay to the bitter end, Stickless. BD and I have agreed that I will meet him back at the Thistle, rather than me trying to find him at the finish.
That's great to hear Number 3,
YO PS fancy meeting you here:-))
Jelly babies purchased as well as some maltesers and galaxy things for the supportes.
I got three cartons of ribenaa , so will have 2 spares.
Thank you so much BB and Stickless, really looking forward to meeting you at mile 17!
Tried to post a message at work today, but it didn't work. Hope you didn't think that I didn't want to be your new BF, Delia, cos I do, honest! Looking forward to meeting you and Sproog if our timing's right.
Have a good night's sleep, chums. Bet tomorrow night's won't be so good!
Morning all had a good nights sleep and i'm really up for tomorrow, one small problem my watch strap broke yesterday took it to repair shop and it turns out that it can only be changed by timex. Will have to nip into town to buy a new one not a big problem but hassle i could do without, hope everyone is well hopefully see some of you tomorrow.

It seems odd to come to the FLM section and complain about the fact that everyone's talking about FLM.

GO TEAM 5!!!
Again keep calm.
BB, if you're here, we should collaborate about shopping.
I think I am bringing:
bananas
cocodamol
lucozade (have to go and look at which sort)
would you like me to get the ribena too?
how about a placard? I'll improvise it if you like, but I'm no artist.
Hope your days have been good, enjoy the relaxation for pre rece saturday.
Happy days
Dx

Have you heard from them?
Thanks for the master list. I shan't worry about that then.
Placard - shall I do that?
Anyway why is it that I am stuffing myself full of wholewheat pasta (yuk) and couldn't eat bite but the 3 hours later I am ravenous?
Have you heard from AC at all?
What time are you planning to get to Mudchute?
I'm staying at the Thistle, so will need to work out how to get to Mudchute.
SB, keep on tucking in.
Time to write the shopping list.
