sounds like we need to get a move on on sun so that we get to the turnaround point before the wind gets up!
Will drive around my 25 miles course tomorrow and remember all the times i did it in crap weather over the winter and survived!! it will help me get my head straight.
I met some of you in the beer garden at the very big pub last year.
I was unsure if I would on the start line this year but I will be so Good Luck to one and all, apologies if you are standing near me at the start line, there will be a definite whiff of Ralgex and Deep Heat from me and a few painkillers in my mp3 carrier but hey ho looking forward to it.

I am normally eating like a horse and I seem to have lost my appetite a bit!!!! Will shove carbs down my neck tonight with some chicken I think.. Roll on Sun, I wouldn't say Im nervous, just restless and wanting it to be here so I know I've not developed a mystery illness or injury in 2 days!!!!
Love hearts with motivational running stuff on is class!!! They sound like a good idea, but I bet they don't get us running as fast as Pug though :-(

Just as well I checked!!! I have had to change my EXPO plans as it seems to close at 7.00 tomorrow night. New revised plan is to be there between 6 and 7 straight from work - anyone else be there around then?
I went round to see my grandparents to pick something up to take to Spain for my dad, and she'd cooked cake. It would have been rude to refuse, so that's the carb loading off to a good start!
At the moment I'm trying to decide whether to run tomorrow morning or tomorrow evening. Sad to say, but it will probably be the highlight of my day, so maybe it's best to keep something to look forward to while I'm at work.
Hirsty - blimey, what a nightmare for you. Relly hope the knee improves by Sunday.
