Due to good tides this year we have been able to extend the cut-off to 4 hours. But please remember we will not stop you from completing the race after 4 hours. you will simply be directed onto the prom to run the sections which are likely to be under water after the 4 hours.
Spread the news if you fancy dipping your toes into adventure style running or are a hardened off road runner this race has it all.

Didn't you marshall last year cliffy. I know you want to run this! It is a great run for anyone lurking. And TRRAC events are up there with the best organsised events in the country. (I'm not a member but I am a fan)
And the clue is in the title...... It was quite quick last year ! LOL.
For the title to be really accurate it would be more like Quicksands/flint/seaweed/steps/dunes/chalk 15.
