I managed to get a little 3 miler in early before I set off on Friday, just to keep the mileage ticking over. I was considering another run this evening but I am so tired just now, and there are definitely gales here so I might give it a miss.
well now - at first the rain was in my face and i couldn't see so I decided to cut it short then the rain went so I decided to add abit on to the shoort route - then I rejoined the original one and its wasn't too bad so I added another bit on then another tiny bit so in the end dispite originally taking a short cut it was 3.9 miles I ended up walking more than I wanted but i only ate and hour before and felt heavy so I have relearnt that lesson
Its bright here but still very windy. Mountain biking this afternoon.... I think the plan was to another Moor, but hopefully sense will prevail and we'll stay in the woods!
Page 97 yesterday but I'll be dropping some places with not running for 2 days but I've a longer one planned for Monday.
