I think our clu pub run is much better, it is from pub to pub, 5 pubs I think last year, and you gotta have a drink in each one. Not too bad to start with but once all that fluid starts sloshing around inside you.........
i saw the pictures frm last year - it looked hideous but if you want a really fast race - this would be the one i thnk
right - that's the brum half over with i have just discovered i am allowed out to do the brum uni 5k
who will be joining me??? i am planning on running down there - very slowly - and then home along the canal afterwards, although i have heard there is a bacon sarnie involved, which might slow me down a bit

Hi lurker. I was thinking about the 5k but decided to have a well deserved (I think) week off racing.
Spence - don't know about the photos, but the entry form for the raceway 10k is on our site here. That's another one I've decided against!
In fact, at the moment it looks like no races for me between 1st and 29th Nov - three weekends off!
well it's 7 months away spence - so if you want to do it, best enter now and start training i have been told just to run lots and then run lots more but for longer "simples" as meldy woud say
and you definately need to enter soon if you want to be in the cool dorm at the back packers hostel we are staying in
