Yeah the course looks much better doesn't it? Presumably they will close off that bit of dual carriageway to traffic!! Finishing in Madejski stadium is a nice touch.
Having run Reading loads of times the course looks good to me. The race started and finished at the South Reading Leisure Centre before it moved to Rivermead, and it always went off fine. A good bet for parking is to park at the Mad Stad and amble to the start. That way the car will be close by and not too far to stagger after the race. There's also a Pizza Hut, KFC and Maccie D's to go to and replace all those lost carbs!! :-)

So I'm doing Reading instead
Ran it this year as my first EVER half marathon and it was horrid so I must return to conquer the b@@ger.
