Yes, Eastham, it is a waste. I had a course cancelled a month ago because not enough people wanted to go on it. It was a course on how to influence and it was a large pharma company. Why wouldn't you want to know how to influence? The feedback from the course is great.

Hoping to do a 10k this weekend Wargrave 10k a pleasant village race just outside Reading. Last time I ran it a few years ago now I remember having aa sprint finish with some guy who didn't like me overtaking him...he beat me and I decided then and there to work on my sprint finish.

Feel for the lad, seems so much of this around nowaday's at lest 1/2 dozen friends of my 3 kids have suffered like this in the past few years.

thanks for all the Tom prayers .. am here on tenterhooks as he was in surgery for ages and ages.. lot longer than thought and was just speaking to his mum as doc came out to talk to her and have not heard since... so I am in a pickle... god I hope hes okay..
