Hi, I will probably need a bit of a "lift" by 17M and was wondering what is the best way to get a shout out from you guys?
I'll be running in a "Fetch" vest - will this be enough to elicit cries of derision or possibly get pelted with bruised fruit?
BTW I have always managed to somehow miss the RW Support point on the course, possibly I run on the wrong side - the photo on the previous pages should hopefully ensure that doesn't happen this time. How close are you to the water station?
Green Man - we are literally dircetly after the water station on the right hand side of the road. If you get to the pelican crossing and haven't seen us you've gone too far x
SBH I feel your pain with the trains last night it took me 45 from waterloo to clapham junction yesterday evening, the while journey home should of only take 30!
I'm off to expo tomorrow after my sports massage but have manged to the whole day off tomorrow now so if anything needs getting last minute o can do a run to our 24asda if needed!
can't wait to meet you all- it was such a lift when I ran London so can't wait to be on the "otherside" as it were!
VikW - can't wait to see everyone! I'm a little excited
xine267 - we should be easy to spot! I'm hoping to have got the banners up first thing so turn right as you come out of the DLR and you should be able to spot us the other side of the road
Sorry, not been able to get to expo today - got a bad tooth and I'm just about to have a wisdom tooth out - ouch!! Hope to still be there on Sunday though, unless the dentist decides I have to wait till tomorrow for the works. Even then, I hope to be there.
We will, I am UNBELIEVABLY excited, has been a great post-marathon recovery distraction but worried I will be very next week. Is that delayed post marathon depression? DPMD? But then there's Bracknell HM to look forward to on 29th....!

Consider it done If there's any left you can always give it to Mick along with the KY
I am going to need the Brain Bleach after that thought Emmy
Heading off to the airport and hopefully no further feck ups from Flybe and I'll see you all on Sunday ... though some of you tonight and tomorrow too

This might be a very stupid question but as a Support Crew newbie who has never run the VLM, is it easy to find our crew once I get to Mudchute?
I'm guessing just aim for the pelican crossing near the Lord Nelson pub and look for the balloons?
I'll bring some extra jelly babies and jaffa cakes, and I have a selection of energy gels that I know I won't use so will bring those along too.

I can drop them off on my way past Mile 17 but I'm guessing by then it'll be a bit late!
