3 sausages and 1/2 tin baked beans and peanut butter (1 teaspoon) with cucumber and yellow pepper. Lots of fruit eaten during the day but bad with the sweets and biscuits but blame birthday so tomorrow that part won't happen. Determination.
Bottom has now got it's own gravitational pull....and I had real difficulty this afternoon just panting a mile!! Boobs out of control despite enell......it's not pretty!
i have enough cheese to open my own market stall! and cupboards are full of cr@p. had fruit cake for breakfast - wtf, i don't normally eat cakes or puddings! i prefer sinful calories to be alcoholic!
do i weigh tomorrow so i know if i've lost any by saturday or do i go on pre christmas weight which means i will probably have gained?
Know what you mean UTF! Was at work last night and one of the girls was complaining that her bum is going south. Think mine has started travelling east and west!
We have 28 bottles of wine left over (hundreds of chocolates/crisps/fattening scrummy cakes too etc)......we move house (and country) in 23 days and my scales have already been packed away! bugger! <<<<<HELP>>>>>
BUT i have managed NOT to drink one drop of alcohol today and NO chocolate at all!
I'm not realistically going to be able to weigh myself until end of Jan but I will add in when I can.
14lbs and counting down...........
<<<<pssst GOD don't forget from the bottom half first please>>>>>>>
started off really well then went to mums for a lunch and she buffet stuff piled on my plate! 100000's of calories so gonna start properly tomorrow.
keep it up guys! hey we ought to do a thread weight loss count total!?? so peeps just add to the amount lost each week so not to make others feel left out if others are losing it quicker
Beans and peanut butter. Surprisingly tasty. Don't know if that dinner was healthy or not? I thought beaked beans were OK. Good quality sausages (85% meat) and good quality peanut butter. Tell me it's OK! Oh lummy.
Pea - maybe 2 threads might work well - one kept just for pounds lost then this one for general chat about how it's going - might be able to track it easily then?!
Beans and peanut butter?? Together??? I'm confused!
The peanut butter was just on the side like ketchup. I just like to have some peanut butter from time to time as I hear it is good for you. Though having had it today with the beans i discovered it is actually quite tasty. I recommend it.
I like peanut butter...................on toast! In very small quantities it's good for you because of the EFAs in it but I'd advise eating a handful of brazil nuts instead, much better for you.
Todays nosh... (bearing in mind I only just got up at 11:45!!)
wholemeal/multiseeded bagel jobbie with scraped olive spread
an orange
a banana
another (dry) wholemeal bagel with a can of oxtail soup
I know this is a bit spartan and not enough fruit/veg, but supermarkets were closed today and it was all that was in the house. No Christmas left-overs in this house as we cleverly went to TT's mum's for Christmas dinner.
Shopping tomorrow.
Fruitbowl on desk! Bag of nuts in the desk drawer...
Good start! And you managed two fruit portions on a bank holiday with no shops open. That has to be an achievement!
Plus, you went for a run, even though it was hard. And because you're out of practice, you ran less efficiently....so burned more calories. There is an upside!
Listen to Corker Nam, she knows what she's talking about!
My food consumption today
Banana for brekkie/lunch (about 12.30) A few wholemeal crackers Vegetable lasagne (courgettes, mushrooms, aubergine, carrots, peppers) served with broccoli. Slice of apple pie (left-overs) 2 cups of tea (this is me seriously cutting down)
OK, so not great with the apple pie and, ahem, no run but Thursday I will knuckle down I promise WLF...

thread weight loss: 0 pounds
I just eat all the xmas chocolate and other crap all in one go and then try and lose it.
Morning runs (double day training) is the key. Porridge in the morning so you don't eat anything else till lunch too is a good one.

i was wondering that about the peanut butter but just wondered if I have led a sheltered life?!!
beans and sausage I do but.......peanut butter as well....????
