    I always take plenty of water with me. Think I will give fruit juice a go or maybe take a cereal bar with me. Need the extra energy lol

    Hello! Any pregnant runners out there? This is my first pregnancy and I'm suddenly feeling pregnant at 24 weeks! Getting achy hip abductors and lower back ache after running and even walking for prolonged periods. Should I give up??! Be good to chat to some others.
