Is it very hilly??
Greetings Plodders (especially Daz,who looks nearly has handsome in the flesh as his photo!! Ouch!!)
There are no hills.
In NorfolkThe pebbles have gone, typical Barry Chavs will nick anything!!!
It is a challenge, especially the drag up to the Airport road, passing Egerton Grey Hotel, but boy it is worth it!!!
Be there or be........in Norfolk!!
nantyglo.. Ah Alexander Cordell country!
The pebbles have gone, typical Barry Chavs will nick anything!!!

Are you just coming to laugh???
PQ nice to see you the other day.
You looked 'on a mission' so didn't want you to break your stride.
And you Nam
I was on mile 9 of 10 so on a mission to get back to my car !
What shoes are people suggesting???
Road shoes ok or XC shoes? I have some Salomons which are lovely in grass & mud but if there's long stretches on road in between I'd be reluctant to wear them.
I'm getting a bit worried about this race now...
You be fine!
Race number and map/route arrived today
It talks about 2 "hills" and lots of "undulations" - I dont know how they are defining the line, there though!
I am very worried about this race......I cant do a flat 5 miles.....never mind hilly ones WTF was I thinking of? Do you think they will wait for me to walk/crawl round?
TT they are probably going to be grateful for all the help they can get - seems to be lots of bits changing tracks etc - so I will get lost, I am sure
Nam - they recommend XC or cross trainers because it is "multiterrain". Most of it is in the park, except for 1 mile which includes a linking section of pavement(apparently)

None of this talk... we've got until the end of the month... you can do 4 miles now and you can do 5 miles then.... !!
We can drag each other round...
