i reakon with my lowered immunity from the last infection i then caught sophs "asthma bug"
over the internet (iv'e heard you can catch viruses and such like that) its true you know...one of sophs work mates told me so.
im feeling so sorry for myself actually...i have no time for this not being well malarkie

r ranger my big dog prone to dicky knee- glucosamine helps her a lot as long as she has it regularly .

Just been to the gym and stopped at the supermarket on the way home. I admit I am a chocoholic but I have just bought one of those for goodness shakes as an alternative to some lucozade and it is absolutely mankin. Will never make that mistake again
I had 15 piccies most of them looking pained. (no 11399) In a couple I look like a good runner with both feet off the ground. I do have a few where I am trying to take a breather, a few where I'm looking like I'm going to spew and another where I'm looking over my shoulder trying to work out where they have put the finish this time. Never assume anything is in the same place it was the year before in glasgow

Hi Gang.Sorry about the NON alarm call this morning.Kiwi did not hear the watch alarm.Instead of getting up at 5.00 I woke at 6.20 and was half an hour late for work.
