NP- good running. I'm making the most of the time off

kaz- good running and good plan

A good confidence building session today for me. 17.12m in 2.00.56. First 8.5m at 7.22 av pace and remainder around 6.45 average. Felt really comfortable apart from miles 15 and 16 which were along an exposed coastline into the teeth of a gale

Spoons- lol! Actually, I think I'll be ok- most of my runs lately have been much slower and this was no faster than pMP +70 to +30. REALLY pleased with how easy it felt

No Pain

Great running Jason and Gobi, last two days have seen no running from me due to catching a cold and it going stright on to my chest

NP- Hope you shake it off soon, mate. Still, better now than in the spring.

Still no better, glad I had built up the miles and did the five weeks of 72.73, 77, 82 and 51 so if I have to take a full week out and an easy week getting back into it I should be ok.

 Like you said better now then in the spring
