I'm shattered today after staying up far too late with a friend whose relationship has just ended.
I'd better get my run in after postponing it from yesterday but its really not looking appealing outside at all. Its really foggy here and constant drizzle.
Maybe another visit to the gym!

Finally been and ran and at the moment my intercostals feel very very sort of tight - the morning will tell I suppose. I get the blood test results tomorrow to see if there is any infection causing it.
Apart from that it was actually a good run, best this year - maintained a very steady rhythm got over the both bridges without walking which I hadn't so far

Well a liberal application of voltarol seem to have done the trick the ribs are so bad afterall - they were very uncomfortable trying to get to sleep but are about thesame today - more voltarol I think
There is a vertical river happening outside
