training is not going too bad, had a bit of a motivation dip last week, but this week is getting better.
Oh, and did i say that i have bitten the bullet and signed up for a little jog around Paris too!
16 miles on the clock yesterday, over a mixed course with lots of mud and water! think i have trenchfoot now
