Oh no! Snoop Dogg has been arrested at the airport for fighting with the police when he was refused entry to a VIP lounge! When will that man learn to behave? Who can we aim our "boring-Arsenal" jibes at now?!
I've just bought the cutest pair of shoes from Next. They are silver ballet-pump style with a sparkly elastic strap to keep them on. They shine in the sunshine and I feel like a ballerina in them!
Week 1 of 5K training: V. slow club run of around 4 miles last night but my longest run since Paris and I didn’t feel too bad.
No marathons ‘til 2007 ginger kitten :-) PS: Well done all you FLM'ers. Some fantastic times for you all.
Ha-ha! I see the green eyed monster has truly reared its head this morning - and it will get so much worse - just what will you be like in three weeks time? ))
Just having a break in spain after FLM. Did ok ran 3.45.59 had hoped for a little bit quicker but overpaced in the first 10, still it´s a PB by 9 minutes and 51 minutes better than my first in Loch Ness 18 months ago. Oh I went round to chandos after but it was closed . Anyway good to see you again RB. What you all got planned next?
A young man from Islington went to his doctor following some tests for his illness & was given some bad news. I'm sorry, Mr Smith, but i'm afraid you've only got 9 months to live". "Oh God!" he cried. "Whatever am i going to do?" "Iff i were you, I'd go to Finsbury Park, find a fat noisy woman, marry her & buy yourself a season ticket for the Arsenal. "Will that help doctor?" "In a way. It'll make 9 months seem like a lifetime."
Its been great this year to see North Londons finest doing so well. They've had their best season in ages, have some cracking young players and looks set for a bright future in Europe!
know what you mean Hendo - average day out yesterday.
good work Jaggy.
Had confirmed yesterday i have got plantar fasc - had it for a couple of months now. Not severe though which explains why i could run with it leading up to Paris. Also got v painful varrucas!!! Had one removed by cryotherapy yesterday - v painful - couldn't walk most of yesterday.
Grudging congrats to Chelski. Gave them far too much of an easy ride in the first half of the season. Assuming we don't decide to give them an enormous head start and with a well rested Rooney (every cloud...) we should be competitive next year... although if Abramovich buys Shevchenko then we might as well take up crown green bowls cos we'll win nowt at football.
New 10k PB for me today in the Great Student Run, chipped at 49.34 which was 3 mins quicker than previous. Paris training still obviously paying dividends.
Knee permitting hope to complete the hatrick of pbs (mara, half mara and 10K) at the Leeds half next weekend.
Has to be one of the greatest (pompey) days ever. Perhaps not as good as when we lifted the then Divi 1 trophy, or the last day of that season when 8,000 pompey fans took over Bradford and won 5-0, but certainly up there.
At half time and 1-0 down, having been truly woeful to that point, we were contemplating a very long journey home and needing 3 points against Liverpool on Sunday, but Redknapp made an astute substitution and 5 positional changes and we mullered them second half. Utter madness when Taylor buried the penalty, followed by the longest 15 minutes of my life, then onto the pitch!!
Happy, happy days.
Also chanted 'arry's name for the first time since he returned from them down the road. He is now forgiven. Just.
Have spent the weekend on the lash celebrating the MIGHTY Northampton Town's promotion. Don't worry Tim, we kept our place in League 2 warm for you.........
Carpet, Chicago, I'm planning to go for about 5/6 days. My birthday is on the Saturday (day before the race) so will spend a few days prior and prob a couple after. Definitely in though - and you better be as well!

Luckily a policeman was on hand to stop him getting all the way over.
"You'll get back in and watch the second half with the rest of us" he said.
Well done Spurs!
Have I gone too far?
Note to self... get out more.
well done DM - great effort.
Coops - what are your plans re Chicago? Any chance of actually doing it?

Average day out really.
Well done Hendo!! A well deserved season. And congrats to Carpet too. Excellent game yesterday.
Now to roll over at Hearts. Surely not??!!
Congrats to Jaggy, who absolutely trashed his 5kms PB the other day - coming in at sub-21 mins.
good work Jaggy.

Other drugs in the winter.....
Tim - Bit of a bottom twitcher for the mighty Dons!
Carpet - which bit does that effect?
Hendo - Really chuffed for all the Pompey fans - great escape and well deserved.
Not gone back through the thread - so if youre injured hope you get better and if youre fast well done!
Go well!

Don't mention the MK Dons.
Four straight wins (three on the road).
Then a 1-2 home defeat to Trannie Rovers.
So, we need to win away at Rotherham AND Hartlepool need to drop points at home to Port Vale.
We're down! No MK Dons v Northampton game.
How am I going to beat up Coops.
Guess I'll just have to randomly knee-cap him in my frustration.
Only joking Coops - you're a star really.
I've pretty much decided on the Robin Hood Experian Marathon in September.
This time I'll train (yeah right)
This time I'll run all the way (yeah right)
This time I'll break 4 hours (yeah right).

Isn't the football season over yet? Dear lord, it's that goddam world cup malarky over the summer - doh!
I've been ill all weekend. Woke up feeling fine this morning just in time for work......
Rooney injured - I was in a mood all weekend.
