Mine is 5.13 and some seconds - don't know how many seconds
I would have to put some serious pedalling to make all the climbs - but I want to do it I figure I can do that ride AND buy the rather sext cycling jersey for less than it would cost me to do bala
Turbo a bit later only 35 mins as I have gone off too quickly before - figure 10 mins warm up 5 times effort 1 min rest (orlonger if its half killing me) 10 mins cool down
So keeping workouts short for a coupe of weeks - though have done some step ups and squat today and I am looking at body weight exercises
Morning. Its very nice to have my little list of 3 buddies now on Fetch I guess I should put a bit more info on there, but i can't remember my times for the marathons without looking them up!
Flute practice and lesson this morning before my run.
Well done on those intervals Paul - 6:15 is ridiculous...
I know my PB is 3:29, but I don't know how many seconds. My first was 3:45:46 - I remember that because it was 46 seconds over Good For Age! Paris time is a bit vague, i think it got lost in the heat haze!
I'm not going to post more tonight as there seems to be a RBN looming and you all know my past history with those!
My mother had couple of those little plastic steps to help you get to high cupboards tec - I am using one fto do stop u s- 50 each leg yesterday - 60 today
Didn't quite managed to do my turbo session with 2 mins hard - i did thehard too hard for that so did 10 warm up 45 sec hard - 75 spin 5 times then about 7 mins cool down - last hard I pushed to a whole 55 secs - its a start
I ran just over 6 kms this morning, in Holland Park, my old jaunt, and seem to be a bit faster than I used to, which is a good thing. Then I cycled up to Islington.
I think I will run again tomorrow morning, for a little longer, and have a 14 miler planned around Richmond Park with the fetchies for Sunday morning...
Will you all stop running please to give me a chance to get ahead. Having said that it is a planned rest day today but 128 miles is OK for halfway through Jan.
Suprisingly my legs feel OK today so as they are promising gales I will probably run afterall and turbo later then aim to go to the club bike ride - i haven't spoken to very many 'real' people this week
After doing my steps of course - 80 each leg, I discovered yesterday that 70 is the start to build a sweat number
