I can't run outside at the moment CJBA as I've got a cough, so this is my main focus. Once I'm back running, I might be missing a day here and there so I'm trying to keep with it now. I'm back at work tomorrow too.
The third plank was a killer today. At 1 min I was thinking about some doctors I'd seen on tele who advised feeling pain but detaching yourself from it. I tried this, it didn't work. Legs were shaky like a foal which'd just been born. 15 seconds later I started grimacing, then did a few squeaks before flopping to the ground at 1.5 mins.
