Hi everyone!
A bit of a late start to the old forum for me this year, but best of luck to everyone and will see you all there (whether I recognise anyone or not will be a different matter!). What's the protocol for people running some of the way with you if they haven't got a number-could someone join at say 22 and run to the end with you if they wanted, or is it a no go?
Pugheaven-I didn't know you were doing this, thought you were a shorter distance sort of chap? Were you at Vyrnwy this year? I was, but v slow as was running with my brother for his first ever half mara. Bless!

think you'll be ahead of me though. i'm more cut out to run it very slowly and go round for seconds than to run it quicker once. who knows i might surprise myself.

he's not one for bottling it but strange we haven't had sight nor sound of him
off to make a pasta mountain now and will try to make radio contact with his nibbs.
He'll have the rest of us to answer to if he's ain't turning up..

Just back from picking up the pack - I turned off A55 and up the conway valley to Betws and capel curig - the traffic was backed up to Deganwy at about 7.00. Once picked up the pack I came back through the roadworks about 8.30 it was nice and clear both ways.Interesting driving down the pass - sheet rain and a fair wind - spoke to a local in a flat cap(he was wearing the cap) he said wind would drop and we'd get 13 degrees in the morning.
Gonna have my tea now - phew!
