Tek -its your time fella, take your chance on Sunday and smash it,solid consistent training these last few months has put you in a great position fitness wise right now.Good luck
Wasn't as brave as you yesterday Fiona, very cold, windy and drizzly here so just a 6 for me.
Much better this morning, though still a bit nippy but virtually nil wind. Nice 13.1 in a tad over 2 hrs @ 71% max .... son no.2 has a new bike so he joined me which was nice having a bit of company
Feet up now keeping an eye on TEK in Frankfurt .... looks like he's going to plan after 15k.
Tek. That is a storming run. Congratulations in smashing your target in style. Absolutely brilliant!!!
Your training and focus has been immense this year. It's great to see that hard work pay off. I am sure that there are some lurkers to this thread and I think they will be inspired by your posts this year... That's the great thing about this thread... A Good mix of folk of different speeds that help and support and motivate. The common theme ...consistent training gets results.

Couple of mile cycle, 1k warm up then 21.10ish parkrun this morning. Gym later on.

How were the conditions?
Well done Jason!
Possibly kayaking tomorrow
Well done jason, fantasic time especially so soon after Chester - one I can only dream of!!
14 miles for me today, out at 8am absolutely baltic. Planning spin class tomorrow - first since mid September!
Medical results sent in today say I have 1st degree heart block - internet says can be found in young adults or athletes. I'll take either of these!!

Well done. That doesn't sound nice. Hope the treatment for it is okay.
Nice 14 Fiona. Will this diagnosis impact your running?

Looking good Tek! Nice splits.
30 minutes in the gym this morning (AMT) before spin class and 2 metafit classes. If I'm not too lazy will get out for a short run later.
No treatment and no effect on training which is good.
