Onetit - kind offer thanks. I've got the velco one too but it is missing one of its attachments. Simon is convinced that the original rubber one is able to be glued. He's off out to buy some a*se kicking super-glue and after the marathon I'll order a new one via Amazon.
Just had a fab 10 miler with RS, RR and TJB along the Thames. Just a fab group of people. Many thanks to all three of them for delaying the St Paul's set-off due my BA-induced lateness. And now, relax. Being on Paris!

DV my running number is 4951 and am running from the red pen. Hopefully my haircut on Thursday will help with my time.
I maybe a bit thick and late to the forum but why are people giving their phone numbers to ATM?
Thanks for everyone with their advice that I've picked up from trawling through this thread today. Has calmed me down a bit!

Excuse me, was it something we said in the Green pen, Mrs Speedy?
If all goes to plan, I'll have my 9th marathon medal.
Chunky chips are called pommes Pont Neuf in French, because that's where they were first sold. Sadly none available as we run past next Sunday ....
Had a lovely meet up with Radar Sal, Running Rodent and Iain Moore. Photo evidence is on facebook or Atm's who's who.
The whole album, Who's Who 2013 is here

I am feeling really lonely up here in the far North.............Billy no Mates.....
7.8 hilly miles for me tonight, with another KOC run planned for tomorrow but it looks like its gan to be mega hard frost again
Hi Stan, Marv
Marv - mileage sounds about right.
DV - where's the event? Sounds mad/great fun (delete as applicable). You decided yet about Danni's run across Georgia?
Scott - know exactly what you mean
PC - Port Doree had me scratching my head for a bit. The Hitler question was very clever.
Kaz - we're all there with you
