Cdk-many thanks again for lift, company and dropping off trainers.
Db,Fa,Wp,Pp, Greeny(sorry if I left you with your mate asking questions!) and little pp, nice to see you all.
Duckgirl-sorry to have not met, well done on the time.
Sort of enjoyed this one, at least I can say I have completed it, but don't think I'll be back next year to run it. Was really pleased with my 71mins, as this was only 3mins more than reindeer run.
Thanks for posting Nick, i wasn't quite sure of the start time for the Hi-tide. Will turn up for this one although i'll be taking it very 'easy' as its my first time on tarmac since injury in Dublin back in October. I suppose race registration is at the Hi Tide Inn ? Any ideas on the cost of race entry, etc as i can't find any details on this at all ? Thanks
Obviously, you found your way there Ant ;-) The Prince of Wales' run will be at 11.00AM on the 1st (or at least, that's what Tony reckonned this morning... better check with him on Tuesday or Thursday)
Hi Nick, Ooops cross-posted I just put details of the Prince of Wales race on the Cwmafan 10k forum page, also information passed onto me by Tony. Will see you there. I enjoyed todays 'jog', foot held out with no problems, it was nice to have paced Liz around the course, but she beat me to a sprint finish (very sneaky i think)

Mental note better go running a bit earlier not to catch Santa in the woods with my pressies;-)
