Isn't that well done or what? You obviously judged the pace very well indeed and finished exactly as you should - nothing left. Underneath it all have you got that nice feeling that you did OK? You should have.
Thanks for your interest in my knee. It's been very well behaved yesterday and today so that's very encouraging. Still twinges ocaisionally though so it's not yet ready for proper training.

Benz. I can canter EBF in an outdoor school now, but in open fields, he would be too strong - I have the muscle power but not the technique. Derek, who is an ex-point to point rider, rode him this morning and said that he nearly got away from him.
